SPECIAL COUNSEL
Michaeline Roche was admitted to practice law in 1999 and has focused on trust and estate planning matters for the last six years. Ms. Roche graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, summa cum laude, in 1996 and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1999. She is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of California.
Ms. Roche has considerable experience in drafting estate planning documents which include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and transfer documents. Ms. Roche also has had success in prosecuting and defending trust and estate litigation matters from their inception through trial, including actions to remove fiduciaries for malfeasance; actions to recover property and damages from fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and third parties; will and trust contests; and conservatorships. In addition, Ms. Roche is also well versed in probate and trust and estate administration.
