Rosane Damazio is a skilled licensed Brazilian Attorney and Consultant. Since 1991, she has been registered at the Brazilian Bar Association under the license number OAB-RS 29440. She has in-depth knowledge of International and Latin American Law and experience in Brazilian and US firms and companies. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish.
Ms. Damazio provides legal counsel and services for businesses and individuals in a wide range of practice areas. She advises foreign clients in transactions and investments in Brazil and the United States. Whether forming a new company, acquiring or merging with an existing business, or simply investing funds in the domestic market, she is able to provide these international legal services.
Ms. Damazio has worked in commercial and corporate law. She regularly works on incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, demergers and transformations, sale of stocks, shares and assets, implementation of investment and internationalization projects and joint ventures. She has experience in Debt Collection – both on and off-court measures to ensure the payment of debts whose debtors may be located in any geographic point of the country.
Ms. Damazio has experience in management of labor relationships between company and employee, interface with public authorities, and acts as legal counsel to companies.
